Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbotax is good. Generally, fairly straight-forward. The night I started it couldn't find my banks to put in interest information, just went to a blank screen. Wouldn't let me add a 1099-INT, and didn't give me the option to do it manually. The next morning the program worked as expected but still couldn't find 3 of my banks to download interest amounts. However, I was able to enter it manually. For those of us with slow internet, downloading is not a practical option and the program should offer a choice upfront for automatic downloading or writing the information in manually. Otherwise, completing the tax form was pretty seamless.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Charged extra for nothing I had to upgrade because of a Health Equity card that I never even used. Being charged $80 for something that had 0 effect on my taxes was completely unacceptable.
