Rated 5 out of 5 by from Super simple!! This was the easiest way I could've ever filed. This was the best experience and I'm so grateful for my tax expert Shelly! She was so kind and patient and walked me through every step. I signed up for the free basic return, I was under the impression that she would only be there for me to ask questions when needed. BUT can I say that she went above and beyond!! Going so far as to research my school to find the tax ID when I had no luck on the phone during our session. I would recommend this to everyone. This was my first year filing by myself, previous we had it done for us but kept running into issues, but it won't be my last with Turbotax Live Deluxe!!! Thank you so much turbo tax and Especially you Shelly!!!
