Rated 5 out of 5 by from Super easy and relatively quick TT makes filing easy in just a couple hours. Needed to get an answer to a question, was able to schedule a call back and we got my issue resolved. If you don't have a complicated tax situation, this is definitely the way to go.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Nothing but problems Would not let us e-file. Would not save the return. Would not let us print. We had to print a blank form 1040 and fill out manually. Charged our account for a state e-filing which we had to also do manually and sent US mail. we will have to fight this now with our bank and Turbo Tax. So disappointed.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from It's different now I never had to add deluxe in order to file. This year I did. Nothing had changed except losing a dependent. TURBOTAX stated that it was because of my retirement plan. Been with the same company over 20 years, I've been using TT for a long time. Never needed that. The over $100 that I had to pay, I may as well go to a tax agency.
