Rated 3 out of 5 by from TurboTax is not as helpful as it used to be I prefer the filling in of forms method to the "Answer our questions and we will fill in the forms for you" method of doing taxes. The more removed I become from the process the less my needs are met. I will definitely not be using the on line version next year.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Just the worst Every year this site does less, remembers less of my info from screen to screen, and gets worse at importing info from banks, usually completely missing multiple accounts from the same bank and just getting numbers wrong. If you're going to spend so much money lobbying to keep taxes impossible to do on our own, at least make this experience less miserable, error prone, and confusing.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Glitchy Not happy this year. TurboTax user since 1994? Wouldn't let me delete a state form that was in error from a Schwab download but that I didn't need since it had no impact on taxes. I had to paper file OK tax after paying for a state e file. However, store bought cd version much better that previous couple years using online version since I could actually see the forms even though the delete form process didn't work. the form kept popping back in causing the error.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax will do anything to get your money Even through i skipped every single add saying I need to upgrade or im making a mistake i didn't made it all the way to the end just to be told i can not continue on HAVE to upgrade to the premium and pay $120 because they could not proceed on the version i as using.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Can't download investment data The Business version of Turbotax isn't as good as the non-business version because it can't download investment data so it all has to be entered manually. For anyone with a Trust that has investments this is a pain in the butt and can lead to errors. Intuit has the ability to download investment data but they choose to omit it from the business version.
