Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not what it used to be I have used Turbo Tax for over 10 years with no problems til last year and yet again this year. I was not able to send my taxes electronically for 2020 and have been overcharged $50 this year and I can't get an answer why.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is ok as long as you don't need help I spent the afternoon trying to complete my two college students' taxes. They have some unearned income and the instructions for form 8615 are very poor. The questions ask for information form child 2's 8615 for child 1 but I can't complete child 2's 8615 because it asks for information from child 1's 8615. Just goes around in a circle. The I cannot find anywhere I can contact Turbo tax to get help. After spending a lot of time in the community help system I was able to figure out a way around the problem by using forms mode.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Couldn't connect 2020 turbo tax return w/ 2021 ret I could not connect with help - I filed my return last year using turbo tax but not this one through Fidelity as it would not work. So I downloaded from purchase and filled. I tried to connect both but could not frustrating

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax is the kindest helper for taxes there is Turbo tax never gets frustrated with me not having info, gets me to check the things I wouldn't have remembered to do, and keeps this super organized. It even helps me with clear information on each step, form, and type of activity. The online help was awesome - not only answered my question but helped with a broader perspective on the topic too. Thanks TurboTax - you make doing taxes as painless as it can be.
