Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not As Good As Previous I've previously used TurboTax however this year the filing process was more complicated and I was charged and could NOT receive a refund for a product that I did not need. The filing fees are ridiculous; however, next year I am not sure if TurboTax will be an option for filing.
