NOT FREEI used Turbo tax in the past because it was 0$ but today I had to pay $120 extra and am not happy. I will not be using your services again. It's not fair to be charged extra for forms I need.

Could Be BetterYour free help option does NOT work well, & making changes to your return is VERY DIFFICULT! I had to restart 3 TIMES just so i could do it right, would have saved hours of my time if i could have edited it easier.

$40 CHARGE FOR CHOOSING TO PAY FEES WITH REFUNDI've always filed my taxes online. However, I always pay the processing fees out of pocket. I didn't have the fees this time as I took a hit due to COVID. So, imagine my surprise when I see the $80 filing fee, plus an additional $40 for choosing to have my $80 fee deducted from my federal refund. That was $120 total which is a tad bit excessive to me.
