Rated 4 out of 5 by from LongTimeCustomer Turbotax makes filing an easy process, but I think the filing fee is expensive and after I've been a customer for 9 years, there should be some kind of discount. I will probably look into an alternative option next year due to pricing.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Turbo tax is lacking Most things transfer over, but some of the easy stuff that I know Turbo Tax has the info for is not there. I have to look back on last year's return for the information, so I know it's there. In the city taxes - what is your job title? Come on. And after looking close at the printed returns, I notice that the wrong account type is checked. Savings instead of checking - but only on the Federal. State is correct. Also found another box on city that wasn't checked that should have been. Glad I looked. Even if I had forgotten (which I know I didn't) Turbo tax should have alerted me that one box or the other needs to be checked (yes or no). Not sure if any of the other tax softwares are better, but this one is just ok.
