All my questions were asked and resolved I was also offered to share my screen since the call back came with it. the agent helped me fill in what I did not understand. Thank You turbo tax.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Hidden fees! The cost initially stated $40 to file, and at the end it showed an additional $40! I ended up paying $80!!! Not sure if I would use this service again! I don't like surprises when it comes to fees.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is Okay I love turbo tax but this year I had to file as self employed. I've never had to until this year and it was very confusing. I also paid the extra amount and was still super confused. Was told I had to pay even more if I wanted the live tax advice. As a 20 year filing self employed for my first time I found the process frustrating.
