The helpful tips give you step-by-step understanding and instructions so you don't screw it up, and they give you the options on what extra benefits you get without forcing it out of your pocket - giving you choices and where your money goes. The program explains everything to every little detail pretty much "dummied-down" for those of us who don't know the big tax terminology I. LOVE. IT!

What I particularly like about this service is the user-friendly and text interactive interface that advises you as you fill out the necessary documentation. Awesome stuff!
