Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax I have used TurboTax many years, I used to pen and paper file. I used Turbotax one year and it showed me why I qualified for a credit I previously didn;t believe I did. this granted me almost $1500 more than what I would have gotten.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo tax keeps it simple I wasn't aware that I was considered a basic return until I started the process and had already done all the foot work. There wasn't a way to switch to the basic " free" option without starting a new return therefore I paid for services I didn't receive or need. It would have been nice to at least have the option to change package before filing whereas in my situation I didn't require assistance or review
