Stop Pushing the (Unnecessary) Upgrade!I pay $0 & get $0 due to my disabled status. Every time the page changes, I get the page that wants me to upgrade from 'free filing' to $40+! If it's free, STOP trying to upgrade for money I don't have!

Had some difficulties it duplicated my incomeOverall experience was good but it did make me re submit my income so i had to delete it all out and re type it.

Amazing customer supportI had tried to do it myself and had accidentally messed a key part up which had me paying a copious amount of money. luckily I was able to get help from a representative and we were able to get it fixed!
