Rated 5 out of 5 by from Angela's Superb Customer Service With some unknown variables occurring with my e-filing status, the Turbo Tax customer service online calling system was used; although it states I will recieve a call within five minutes, it was more like 45 seconds. Turbo Tax customer service rep Angela, was so proficient and polite in assisting me, even finding a problem that I wasn't aware of. Helping to correct it and successfully filing my 2020 taxes. If only every online customer service was as proficient and polite, handling business online would be stress free. KUDOS to Turbo Tax and Angela.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Generally Convenient Overall, my experience with TurboTax was positive. I really liked the auto import features, and the information bubbles were generally helpful. I would love if they continued to flesh out the help bubbles. My main frustration (aside from lack of clear information), was with the review feature. The review feature doesn't provide any context for the information it is requesting, there are no help bubbles, and making a small change can lead to massive changes elsewhere.
