Rated 2 out of 5 by from I was forced to pay to upgrade and couldnt cancel The process was easy but I was forced to pay $39 dollars to upgrade and I couldn't cancel it and go back to regular!!!! They say $39 to upgrade your federal but they also charge you $39 to do a basic state return to whether you want it or not, so it's not free any longer. If you let them take it from your return they charge you an extra $39 dollars to process it. So instead of it being just $39 to add on my retirement payments, it ends up being $117.00 in total.
