Rated 2 out of 5 by from Add more to your bill so you pay more Last year I'll use them, they went on and added some other package rather than leaving my choice of file for free, and they screwed up on my taxes which I had a smaller refund not what I was told I was getting plus I haven't received my amended refund still totally unsatisfied.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Services have gone down hill TurboTax used to be simple and easy. I never had a problem using it until this year. I followed the guide and submitted my returns and it came back instantly denied because of a form it didn't prompt me to fill out. This is the first time I have owed anything. I am beyond frustrated and somewhat concerned whether or not this did the right thing.
