Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is the easiest and most convenient way Ive been a Turbo Tax user since my high school days. I took an accounting class and we would prep customers taxes for them under the supervision of a professional accountant. That was when I learned and grew to love this process.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax Review Using the Turbo Tax program is relatively easy and painless. However, I had extreme difficulties in attempting to install the program. Questions were asked regarding a password, which I did not possess or was not aware (was ultimately required to send copies of the front and back of my driver's license 3 times). This resulted in contacting your staff via telephone for 2 separate inquiries, resulting in an approximate 2 hour delay. However, the 2 employees I spoke with (Amy and Anequia [sp?] were fantastic and quite beneficial to my needs. Overall, this still does not justify all the issues that were created regarding a password and the installation. Very disappointed with the implementation of this tax program and would find it quite difficult to recommend to others.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easiest Tax solution on the market. Turbo tax is amazing. What used to take all day, and then some, only takes just over an hour. So easy to use, and the explanations are very straight forward, and easy to follow compared the tax form books provided from the IRS. The best part is, they back up their work with a guarantee to help resolve IRS issues, if they arise.
