I had difficulty with entering the new IRS form 8915-e and was totally lost - but one of the agents got on the phone with me, and even though there still seemed to be some glitches in the form, we were able to enter my information and successfully complete my return. Very helpful, very friendly, and totally knowledgeable. I've been using TurboTax for several years, and will continue to do so!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great service. It was a wonderful experience until I had to get a verification code. I’m 72 so it could be operator error. When I went to get the the code, I couldn’t get back into the filing page. thanks for allowing me to fill out my driver’s license instead.

I’ve used this service for the last 3 or four years for my taxes this is the first time I’ve ever had issues. It took me multiple attempts to get it to finalize.
