Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is so simple, fast! I've used Turbo Tax for years now.. I love it! its very simple, fast, stress free and basically does all the work for you. I love that it saves all my information from the past years so I dont have to spend hours filling out forms. With 2 kids, its just so easy to do. the best thing is that its FREE with a simple tax return.. even with a more difficult tax return the cost is very affordable.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax let me down! My returns have been rejected three times. I can't find out how to get a person (with a heartbeat) I just fix and refile every night now....frustrating! I've been using this site for a decade and for the first time think this may be the last time.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Very upset with turbotax this year On tv and in many ads. You offered free state ,and federal filing, When I signed in I used the offer for filing free. After spending several hours doing my taxes on line, before filing I was asked to pay $78.00 to file my taxes. I have been using turbotax for many years and always been happy with the service. You should tell your customers up front that there is no free filing any more. I paid because I spent so much time entering my info.
