Rated 1 out of 5 by from If zero stars was an option I would have put that. Turbo tax is not free... I was filing my taxes for this year and it was not pleasant to use turbo tax to say the least. I came in with the idea that it was free since this is what they heavily advertise and was not told until the last second that it was actually going to cost $90. Well I paid $90 and my card was charged $140 because my state return wasn't accepted at first, due to a common error and it cost me and extra $50 to go back in and fix it. How does that make sense? I also chatted with the assistant while I was on there and she could not answer a question I had. I actually don't know if I would recommend this to anyone.
