Rated 5 out of 5 by from Overall Best! I work for the military and live all over the world. Turbotax allows me to file with working with the organization and I am not waiting an insane amount of time to get my refund. However, it does take me longer than normal because I have a lot of expensive.

I was slightly skeptical about receiving help from a live agent since I've done this before but i still went ahead and scheduled a live agent appointment. I must say it was the best decision i made! The live agent contacted me right on the minute of the scheduled time i selected! Besides being prompt the agent was patient, very educational, determined to help and full of smiles. Thank you again for all the help and fixing my returns for i can E-file!
