I have used TurboTax for years, but opted to pay extra to have the Live Expert help this year. I did the live chat 3 times for issues that I could not fix on my own. Every time they were FANTASTIC! They walked me through every single thing and help correct the issues I had. I would 100% recommend this product!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I spoke to Sabrina and she helped me I asked for a call and Sabrina helped me complete my taxes when I entered my W2 in the wrong place. Plus I mistakenly entered one question wrong and couldn't find it again to correct it. She got me back the thousands of dollars the mistake penalized me for and I thanked her tremendously.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from TurboTax was overall good, but glitchy TurboTax is very user-friendly, helpful, mostly awesome; but when I was entering information from my 1099s, the software offered to connect directly to my bank. This did not work after multiple tries, even though I use JP Morgan Chase bank and entered the correct user name and password. So, I had to do the manual method, which required entering every single box on every one of my many 1099s, which took about 2 hours. Otherwise, if this had worked, I would have given TurboTax a full 5 stars.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great service from all representatives The Turbo Tax, Tax Experts were excellent! I greatly appreciate their patience, support, knowledge and professionalism. I was however VERY disappointed with my experience trying to use the Credit Karma Money Spend service. This process was "recommended" from Intuit and was unusable. I had a horrible experience with Credit Karma three years ago and this was no exception to a very negative and unreliable pattern using Credit Karma.
