Rated 5 out of 5 by from Repeat customer. I use TT every year. Easy prep for federal and state taxes but couldn't e-file after numerous attempts. Contacted Customer Service and soon got a call-back from Cheyenne. Knew immediately that the problem was from my home state of NC--they were "upgrading" their systems and to try in a couple of days. Took her advice and success! She as so helpful and friendly!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax saves so much time! TurboTax saves my personal info from last year, so I have the correct address and deductions from last year to refer to. The questions are simply stated and good explanations are there if I don't quite know what it is about. I did my Fed and State returns in less than 4 hours. That's terrific!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from THE WORST! NEVER AGAIN! Turbo Tax is NOT FREE! They require you to upgrade for a form that you don't qualify for! I ended up having top pay almost $100 for a simple filing! Never again!
