This was my first time filing taxes (recently divorced) and I was very appreciative of the customer service rep as well. They called me back right away and were able to help me navigate my questions in a thoughtful, considerate manner.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Sorry, but I didn't get the help that I needed. e-file was rejected on initial filing. All information was double checked and information was put entered correctly initially. Tried repeatedly to get through system and no further help was received from Turbo tax after repeated tries. Turbo tax should please provide a phone number to allow you speak to a real individual -- this would help tremendously. Had to do a mail in of paperwork because on line walk through did not work. However, very much do like the product but wish would have been able to speak to an individual. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
