Rated 2 out of 5 by from Software has bugs, "experts" didn't have answers I have a relatively simple tax situation (one W-2, single, I don't own property, only a few investments, a move) and my taxes should have been easy, but it ended up being stressful because of TurboTax. During the final review, I would be brought to the same error page over and over again for errors that I have already fixed OR TurboTax would not allow me to fix because the software rounds values to the nearest whole number leaving me to have to print and file everything by mail instead of e-filing. I tried to connect with experts to figure it out. Although one was kind, the other spent an hour stubbornly trying to tell me how right he was with his years of experience instead of listening to my actual problem. Both gave me advice that would involve me entering false information on my returns which I refused. I used TurboTax to save money but at the end fees kept getting added. I ended up filing through TurboTax out of frustration, but this is probably my last year giving them my business.
