When it imports the data from previous year, I can see what the value was in a section of the data entry from last year so I can easily see if I'm missing some section this year.

The main feature I cannot live without is the program's ability to import from my financial institutions, particularly the dividend information. I posted a written question and received a response in 24 hrs. It was a clear response; however, I was unable to edit the entry. But, in checking with the prior year's return, the info doesn't appear on any form that I can see nor can I determine it would impact my return. That's the only reason I didn't give a superior rating.
