I've recommended it to friends and family over the years and have switched from what they used to Turbotax. Much easier to use and asks All the right questions!

Once I start filling in the worksheets I hate having updates because it makes me concerned about the accuracy of the entire system. Once things settle down I find the TurboTax process to be intuitive and accurate.
