Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo tax has helped me a lot! Turbotax has helped me a lot in filing my taxes. So easy to use. However, for a first time filer like myself, I wish they would have the feature where you can talk to a tax expert via live chat, not just a phone call, without any charge.

I will say this year my return was more complex but the software educated me on what to do and why it matters. Will be a returning customer for years to come

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good but. I've used Turbo Tax for years without problems but this year I encountered a few issues during the review. It had me re-enter my wife's w2 for unknown reasons and I had to go back and delete the duplicate to straighten things out again. And when I tried to e-file it wouldn't let me because of a non-existent entry on my 1099 that I couldn't correct. Now I have to mail in my forms.
