Rated 2 out of 5 by from Most of TT is great but I had problems I was ready to e-file both Fed and sate taxes but there was one item that needed attention. I made an error and then could not find how to correct it. My state taxes went from 0 to 5000. I got a rep who tried to help but then he transferred me to a CPA who spent about 2 hours with me but we could not get back to the right form to repair it. I ran out of time and had to end the call. The next day I called again and the rep (Brandle) was able to get me to the right document to correct. The issue was more knowing how to navigate the site and Brandle was able to do it. But in the process I must have filled out my state driver's license info 3 times and ended up in a number of loops, just going round and round. Not sure if I will continue with TT. Thank the lord for Brandle!
