Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not impressed Going back to previously-saved sections of my federal return led to cleared forms and changes in information that was entered at the beginning of my return. To avoid the mess, it was easier to clear the form and start over instead of edit specific pieces of the return. Then, when the software indicated that I could not e-file, I changed to 'file by mail' before printing my returns. Contrary to TurboTax's claims that instructions for mailing returns would be included in the PDF, I saw no instructions or addresses to aid the mailing process. Surprisingly, I saw instructions NOT to mail a paper copy of my return "since I filed electronically". This message is confusing for anyone who was denied the ability to file electronically. I will likely use this software again for its convenience, but I hope some of these bugs can be resolved before next tax season.
