Rated 5 out of 5 by from Super easy and tips are easy to follow. Was hesitant at first but this literally walks you through every thing. If you come up with a form it did not ask for then you just type it in and it takes your right to it and lets you enter the intormation

However, there was one point where I used the chat now icon to speak with someone from Turbo Tax to help resolve an issue I was having. I opted to receive a call rather than message back and forth. Six minutes later I received a call from a representative about my issue. She did not know the answer to my question so she transfered me to someone else (understandable), but that next representative was having computer issues and said she would have to get off the phone and would call me back shortly. I NEVER received a call back. I eventually figured out the issue on my own. Both of the representatives were nice but it would have been great to get a call back.

There was a glitch with uploading my W2 that didn't allow me to eFile. I tried several times and finally, online help was able to resolve the issue. I will definitely continue to use TurboTax in the future.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best Deal for Self-Employed Tax Return Turbo Tax takes the headache and the financial burden and hassle of finding and trusting some local, cookie-cutter tax prep service. When my accountant of 35 years finally retired, it forced me into a change. So glad I was forced (by time and deadlines) to finally try Turbo Tax. This is my 4th year and tax time is no longer some dreaded exercise. Easy to use and great explanations of each step and process. Just wish I'd have switched sooner.
