Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love I love being able to do my taxes at home in my pjs. When I need help I just have them call me and it is so easy. I also love the price. I feel like I get a lot for just a little. I used to have to pay about $250 just to have my taxes done, now I pay about $190 to get my taxes done and keep my identity safe all year long. Love Love Love

Speaking with a live expert is a great bonus! only negative was upgrading made it appear like it would be on price but it wasn't apparent that there would be an additional charge for state.
