Wait times and question helping1st person was awesome, that helped me. The 2nd person only could tell me what the rule said but could not tell me why Turbo could not answer why I had to get a paper check from my state, and just gave me a dispute contsct with my state. No reason why I should be receiving one instead of auto refund to account. Wait times were 20 minutes for each person.
