Rated 4 out of 5 by from I love TurboTax, but... I've used TurboTax for each of the past 8 years. The online interface is convenient and, generally, user friendly. This year's edition, however, had a few glitches. One was minor, the other MIGHT have been my fault, but I'm not sure. The first minor annoyance is that I had to manually enter my W2 information. Last year it automatically imported the information from my employer. The other more significant glitch was it didn't take me through my mortgage provider's info to enter both the property tax I paid as well as the mortgage interest paid. If I wasn't aware of this, I would have paid an additional $5k in taxes. I'm not sure what happened to cause this. It is possible I might have inadvertently glanced over or clicked an incorrect answer that resulted in this behavior.
