Rated 5 out of 5 by from I WOULD NOT FILE ANY OTHER WAY SO FAR!! I HAVE USED TURBO TAX FOR 7 OR 8 YRS NOW AND BEEN SUPER SATISFIED SO EASY ALTHOUGH LITTLE STRESSED ABOUT IT THIS YEAR. WITH NEW FORM AFRAID I DID IT WRONG AND GOING TO CAUSE ME DELAYS OR PROBLEMS. WE SHALL SEE I HOPE.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Overly Expensive Turbo Tax is helpful and convenient, but charges way too much. There is a fee of $49 for federal, $40 for state, a $40 processing fee to pay from your refund. This year I almost paid taxes for the same job TWICE, because Turbo Tax questioned the amount I put in one of the boxes. Luckily, I noticed something was not right because Turbo Tax would have just let it happen. I am highly displeased with the services this year.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great program but beware of hidden fees TurboTax is very well done. I also completed my taxes through H&R Block (of course not submitting them through both programs) and TurboTax was much more detailed and provided a greater return. My frustration is that they hook you by saying your taxes are $0 and then if you have a 1098 or other documents they increase the fee. Also, if you choose to pay using your refund they charge another fee (which was not initially clear) so be aware!

This year I got and email saying my state return was not accepted. due to to a Turbotax software glitch. But I just resent it and seems to have worked. Turboxtax stepped me through what to do. THANKS!!!
