Rated 2 out of 5 by from Glitches in alimony section remain Although the help section of the program was good, it was very difficult to reach a live person to help when I ran into a glitch with the alimony section not accepting a 0 as the first digit in the social security number. I was told weeks ago that there would be a fix, and I would be notified. I checked for updates this morning and the section still does not work. This was not a problem until this year.
