Rated 5 out of 5 by from Overall a snap to use (with very minor exceptions) The federal tax return was a snap! we have used Turbotax since 2004 and it is a mostly easy to use product. I don't if the new tax laws confused the developers, but it seemed a couple of times over the years the instructions/guides were not easy to follow. This year they were spot on, but the state (GA) return this year caused me to use the Turbotax Live Expert. The wording was ambiguous and I almost 'double-dipped' my deductions. The Expert was awesome though and set me straight. We will continue to the product for the many years!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax made things clear and easy to file! I enjoyed the easy to use software and accessibility to additional information if questions came about. There were some added fees at the end of the Turbo Tax process. Just be aware of what is being added on and what you can opt out of along the way!
