Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fantastic! I am so glad I FINALLY used TT. It was WAY easier than expected and the live help I got along the way before I spent a penny was very impressive. I especially loved that every specialist listened well and didn't make me repeat things. Even better, they spoke in lay terms. I have already recommended TT to hundreds of others on an expat Facebook page that I follow.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Frustration Mobile app skipped around. Saw different options on different days for the same step continuation. It was hard to go back to a page to add information and once there, to navigate back to the most recent page. I just hope no questions got skipped on the mobile version. And it is ridiculous to offer only payment via Apple Pay or by charging $39 to take it out of my refund via the app. I didn’t want to do either and wasted time jumping pages to find a credit card payment option with no success. (The chat-style Help was no help.) I finally opened the browser page for TurboTax and easily found the Pay With Credit Card. And the lack of explanations on the State return items = “throw hands up in the air.” Plus, as usual I’m so frustrated with trying to enter my kid’s college education info correctly (but admittedly could put most of the blame on government convolution).
