The experience is always quick and easy, immediate access to previous year's information and other relevant information, such as my previous employer's W-2 for the year. Saved me the trouble of having to navigate a maze of automated phone services. The increased added charges over the past 7 years has been a bit of disappointment but I understand operational expenses and profit. The increased contracting with financial institutions such as different types of online banking enterprises has been an interesting development. I respect the ease of offering these programs, but I am not fond of pushing to open new accounts for various new deals and services on a semi-frequently basis. It's not a TurboTax thing, it's a business thing but had to mention it. All-in-all I have enjoyed utilizing TurboTax's services for 7 years and will continue to use their fast and easy service.
