Rated 1 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is Very Deceitful Turbo Tax makes people think they can file their taxes for free, however once you've gone through the whole process they force you to upgrade. Furthermore, they force you to share your tax information a number of other organizations.

Then I hit a snag on my state taxes and it didn't me to input some information that I wasn't sure about so I called and the lady also didn't know what to do and had me input my wages again. which meant I went from owing nothing for owing exactly what I already paid in taxes, which didn't seem right. So I had to re do the whole thing to figure out what happened. I think i was able to fugue it out well see if I get audited. I don't blame her they just didn't train the service workers properly.
