Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love it Ive been using turboTax for 5 years now to file my taxes and it’s always super quick and easy. I’m don’t really understand how taxes work and anytime I’m confused there is always an answer waiting in the blue under lined links . Thanks turbotax

Monica tried her best to help me and when she couldn't she assured me that she will get someone who will. Maureen was very patient with me and made sure we got through this. I would 100% recommend working with turbotax.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Broken Helped me file my federal taxes but it would not allow me to pay to file my state taxes. I had to print and send them myself. Intuit is probably losing a lot of money because of this. The user interface is terrible and when pop-ups had to come up I couldn't click on anything. I will not be buying the software again. Maybe the internet version is better.
