Rated 1 out of 5 by from site is less user friendly every year last year I mysteriously got locked out of all my previous returns. No change to my email or phone number, just couldn't get into my account. Somehow created a new account using the same info. Spent 3 hours on the phone trying to rectify this and was assured my previous returns would be in my account. They weren't. So I gave up and filed. Now this is my "second year" with turbo tax, when it's actually been 10-15 years. Site keeps getting glitchier. Like it didn't recognize a form I entered, but then it found the exact same form. Stuff like that all around.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Retired, part-time rental agent I have used Turbo Tax for years, (over 15), love the accuracy and the excellent guidance, however the filing fees keep increasing and it is starting to be to much, may look at other options next year

I have been using Turbo Tax since 1988 when it was a text file and this is the WORST example of getting taxes done that I have ever seen. I probably will not be back next year.

Cella had some difficulty due to the nature of the tax law (as i did...) .... she hooked me up with Mary who ran me through the basic steps and VOILA! fixed it! thank you guys so much (as usual)... john h
