Balky Payment ProcessI repeatedly put in my credit card information and it was repeatedly rejected. It seemed as though TurboTax wanted to gouge out an extra fee or upgrade. I found this frustrating after a long day of keying in my data. I finally was given the option of using PayPal and even then had some difficulty. I used TurboTax for several years and been completely satisfied. Things seemed different this year.
