Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice to be able to do my taxes from home. I contacted 3 of your experts (Patty, Keith and Thomas) and they were patient, friendly and knowledgeable. If it weren't for them I would probably go another route verses Turbo Tax.

It seems that each year as the tax code gets more complicated that the program gets a little bit more buggy, or at least offering support that is a pain. I'll keep using it, because it's way easier than me doing it by hand. Love that it generally pulls everything from before.
