Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax makes filing my taxes so easy TurboTax simplifies filing taxes with it's easy to understand "walk-though" process and direct access to answers for questions that may come up along the way. I used to dread preparing my taxes, but with TurboTax, I complete and file them as soon as I can.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not very up front about costs As a student and self-employed tutor who had income from multiple states, I did not realize how many additional fees I would need to pay. Might seem obvious to those with more tax experience, but I probably should have used another service for a complicated-ish tax return. Ended up costing more than what my tax return would have netted me.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from slower response time than usual/ ignored chats paid extra to get the help of an agent... was left on more than 5 minute holds multiple times and then one agent (Mallory, to be more specific) got into the chat and immediately ended it without helping! very frustrating. not happy with the service this year, and still had to pay at the end of it all..
