Turbotax is great to use for filing taxes because you can either file for free or have an expert help you and you don't have to pay a lot for an expert to assist you. Every step is easy and provides you any information you might not know or understand about.

Howard was extremely competent and guided me through a problem with my 1099-Misc and 1099-NEC. he was more than patient. He made the experience worthwhile and my taxes are now filed. I found the chat room less than helpful. Pay the price and talk to a live individual.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from TurboTax is handy Most of the filing process went smoothly. I am grateful to live in a time where you can file electronically, rather than having to print out forms. However, after I entered my drivers license info, the site took me back to the sign-in page and i had to start all over again. This was not the first time I was signed out automatically. I can understand if it is for security measures but maybe you guys can iron out some kinks. Thanks.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from TurboTax is nice TurboTax is way better than paying someone else to do my taxes. It was a little bit challenging because, it was my first time, but eventually i get the hang of it. It was nice to know that doing my taxes was a bit easier than i thought... huge relief!!!
