It was very simple and what questions and issues I had, I was easily able to bring up a screen shot to locate info. If I still couldn't figure it out, someone quickly replied using the "Live chat" option. It never took more than a couple minutes for someone to assist me and the screen share option was FABULOUS! All the assistants were very knowledgeable and able to resolve all issues instantly. Would recommend Turbotax to all anyone, especially those like me who has never filed themselves!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Says its free when its not Total trash. Right up until the very end it said it was free. Then it said I had to upgrade for 90 bucks. Then it said I was being charged 50 to file. THEN it was another 40 in fees. I paid 180 when it said it was FREE. I will NEVER use this service again. Its literally half the price to talk to a freaking accountant.
