Rated 5 out of 5 by from AMAZING Customer Service Annette helped me through a confusing snaffu with a 1099-NEC that was my fault in entering. Basically, I entered the same compensation in 3 different places and fortunately turbo tax software caught that this might be a mistake and raised some digital red flags for me to check it out before allowing to file. Once on the phone with Annette, she proved knowledgeable, friendly, and well-spoken. If there is a bonus to be given or a reward to be had, please, read this review and for heaven's sake give it to Annette.
