Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Experience w/TurboTax--Call Center Included! I was filing under the "Free Filing" category of service that TurboTax offers. At a certain point in the filing process, my category automatically switched from the "Free Filing" service to the "Deluxe Filing" selection--and I had a question about that. I called the provided 1-800-number for TurboTax and spoke with a very helpful, engaging service agent. They were able to look into my situation, answer my questions, and ultimately I was provided with an agreeable, one-time discount for the +tier filing service. I am very happy with my experience with TurboTax and will be considering filing with them again next year!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from NICE WORK! VERY FAST & EFFICIENT....I DID NOT NEED THE TAX EXPERT AS MY TAXES ARE VERY SIMPLE. WILL NEED IT NEXT YEAR AS I GROW IN TO MORE INVESTMENTS.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy To use It is a straight forward FREE way to do taxes took 22 minutes ONLY because the one issue is military retiree paperwork ... sytem wants IRA info its not so you have to fight the forms be careful to not check things and you can get past that step and on to EFILE!
