Rated 5 out of 5 by from Live expert's excellence Haven't used Turbo in a few years nor had I filed using a W2, the ADP W2 link simplified my work. I realized my landlord's CRP (certified rent paid) was incorrect, and had issues deleting that filing. The live expert gentlemen that assist with an "odd" code that it had thrown was fabulous. So thankful I spent a couple extra bucks on my package for this assistance. Keep up the great work.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Been using TurboTax for years! I love how it is so easy to do my taxes with TurboTax. I went to full service starting last year because I now have a rental property. They make filing easy even with the extra complication of additional income and write-offs.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from EASIEST THING EVER I was stressed about doing taxes this year because I moved to a different state mis year, filing for taxes in dual states seems so complicated.... I was wrong! from start to finish it took 1 hour total. They walked me through every step, so simple!

I called for help and got Lawrence who did an outstanding job getting me through the tough spots. Everything else was very easy.
