Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best tax prep ever! This is the easiest and most user friendly tax prep software ever. I love how I can get answers to my questions in a timely manner. The staff is great, I had an issue with my return a few years ago due to identity and they got everything taken care of for me, gave me idenity protection, and emailed me the links I needed to report issue and get all the forms to the people who needed them. It was a great end to a very stressful situation. I will stay with them forever and I use intuit products for all my business needs.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is GREAT! I was hesitant at first to find my taxes on my own, but then I spoke with a live representative and it was the easiest thing I think I've ever done. He was knowledgeable and polite. It literally took me 30 minutes to file my own taxes using TurboTax. I will definitely be using it again next year
